What We Do: Welcome to Wine’in Texas, a blog all about how two people fell for each other through Wine. Here you will be able to learn about the extraordinary journey we have had in Texas with our time together, and the 100’s of bottles we have drank in between. Through our time together, we wanted to provide a place for wine lovers alike to come find the best prices for New World Wine and trending local Wineries throughout Texas. For the wine enthusiasts who are ready to step their feet outside of local Wineries in Texas, we will also provide information on other hidden states concealing some of the best kept secret Wines.
Wine seekers will be given tips of Wine 101 and basic principles including the 5 S’s of Wine: See, Swirl, Sniff, Sip and Savor. Through this blog you will be able to follow along with us as we Journey through our adventure to opening our own Wine bar here in Texas.
Who We Are: I am a girl born and raised from Washington State, who met a man raised from Northwest Arkansas. We were brought together through Wine in Texas which is how we came to the conclusion of our future Wine Bar: Wine’in Texas. Like many other couples, on a weekly basis we enjoy a nice bottle to unwind to after a long drawn out work day. In 2018 we indulged in 252 bottles, after counting our corks on 01/01/2019. We have invested countless hours, days, and months into planning this blog in hopes others will be able to indulge in the same love and enjoyment wine has brought us. This is the beginning of an exciting and unforeseen adventure and with that, we share this blog to provide others the opportunity to accompany us on this wild yet exciting journey.
